Women Reveal The Worst Things That Happened At Their Weddings

Planning a wedding is a whole lot of work. There are so many details to work out in what seems like so little time. We get that we're supposed to be excited about the big night celebrating our love, but we wish it didn't have to be so stressful. The most alarming thing about it is that it doesn't matter how hard you plan. Nothing is going to go exactly according to plan, and we just need to accept it. There are so many people and venues involved that it's very likely that something might go wrong. We know it won't be ideal, but we're prepared to roll with the punches. In today's AskWomen post, women shared the worst things that went down at the weddings. Some are pretty humorous, some are depressing, and some just made us drop our jaws. We plan, and God laughs.     Font - blixxic - 1 day ago We had a little girl at our wedding who was with one of our friends. She was lovely and really liked to dance even if no one was on the dance floor. Unfortunately, she kept requesting really horrible songs and the DJ inexplicably kept playing them. I swear she got like 15 songs that were the polar opposite of the type of music we had requested.

    Font - dindia91 2 days ago My husband's father's (who my husband was not close with) new wife who we both had met once showed up in the exact same dress as my bridesmaids. The 1 conversation I had with her I told her what they were wearing so it was very intentional. She also showed up with my husband's mom's fur coat on top of it. The DJ's mics didn't work during the ceremony, she played the wrong song for our first dance, and her reception playlist included no danceable music (there was even Blink 182). The caterer refused to put wine bottles on the tables as agreed, but put all the stemware there so guests had to bring their glasses to the bar.

Ended up doing chest compressions until EMS arrived and then rolled up to officiate and tell my silly little jokes while the family actively repressed their emotions - because they did not tell the bride.
